Navajo artist Darryl Dean Begay is known for making amazing bolo ties. His style of tufa art is perfect for the bolo tie. He can do so many different things by carving his designs into a tufa stone. This bolo tie has a very contemporary feel, creating what appears to be a face. Darryl uses a piece of Lone Mountain Turquoise inlaid into black jade for a very unique eyeball look. The bolo is hung on a braided leather cord and finished with sterling silver tips. Make sure you check out the other work by Darryl Dean Begay on the online Trading Post.
