In the late 1800s a Navajo silversmith taught a Zuni artist, Lanyade, the art of jewelry making. It wouldn?t be silver that defined the Zuni silversmith, but instead his mastery of stone. Styles like inlay and small needlepoint have become what the Zuni artist is known for. Plus, they take the time to make small pieces of art that are very different from the large works of the Navajo. This gorgeous three blossom bracelet is an explosion of mother of pearl shells. The artist, JJ Beyuka, has turned the shell into a fun to wear flower blossom. Mirror shined sterling silver surrounds the stones and the easy to wear three-wire bracelet shank will keep this one on your wrist often. 40.7 grams
