Aaron Anderson, Bracelet, Turquoise Beads, Coral, Navajo, 6 1/2"
Aaron Anderson, Bracelet, Turquoise Beads, Coral, Navajo, 6 1/2"
Hopi artist Charles Loloma made this style of bracelet famous. Navajo silversmith Aaron Anderson uses those early Loloma works for the inspiration behind this magnificent creation. Aaron uses a single strand of Arizona turquoise beads. You will find he adds one Mediterranean Coral bead and two small sterling silver plates at the ends of the bracelet. The beads are stretched across a piece of sterling silver that was made using Aaron's legendary tufa casting techniques. Just what a piece of wearable art should be, a conversation piece.
