Centipedes are a common site here in the Four Corners. You find them when you are exploring the outdoors under rocks and tree stumps. They will also sneak up on you in your house and cool dark places, scary. Navajo silversmith Aaron Anderson has turned those creepy creatures into this incredible piece of wearable art. Aaron makes this piece using his award-winning tufa carving and casting techniques. This is a big centipede and you will find twenty-three legs, a head and tail. It is a really unique creation that you will find yourself wearing often. As far as I know this is the only one ever made.
