Talented Navajo silversmith Kary Begay made this beautiful bolo. She has made the bolo in the style she learned from her late husband Steven. It is done with a popular contemporary overlay technique, stunning. However, even though technique is contemporary the design is traditional Navajo. The center of the bolo is filled with gorgeous combination of overlay and stamping. The bolo is strapped to a thick leather braided cord that has heavy sterling silver tips decorated with three lines. In New Mexico you see lots of men wear a bolo, it is our State Tie, and they look fantastic on. Imagine this on one during your next meeting, you will feel the power of boldness wearing this First American handmade creation.
