The Horned Toad is sacred in these parts, and when you get out in the remote areas you are not surprised when you see some huge toads. Navajo tufa cast artist Philander Begay has been inspired by the unique and prehistoric looking creature making a number of creations that display this magnificent creature. This cuff has the spiny skinned creature right in the center with cuts of blue turquoise and red coral making up the head. You will love the way the horned toad rises above the cuff. Philander gives the top of the cuff a sandstone finish, just like the one the horned toad roams over. Enjoy owning this original piece of Navajo art.
