Navajo artist Bryan Tom has spent many hours in Harrison Jim?s shop. You can definitely see Harrison Jim revealed in Bryan?s work. Bryan is fairly new to making silver and stone jewelry but is already making these bold pieces. The band is made from tufa cast and is big and wide. Bryan creates a channel down the center to fill with coral, turquoise and jet inlay. Just like we see those early influences of Tommy Jackson and McKee Platero in Harrison?s work, Bryan has begun his apprenticeship learning from one of the best.
