When you live in the Four Corners one thing is a certainty, sand. On windy days (that is about one in every three days) the sky can become filled with a brown haze if we haven't had a recent rain. If you don't dust once a week you can write your name on the window seal. You could say sand is just part of our Four Corners' lifestyle. A Navajo medicine man will use sand to make his spiritual floor sandpaintings. Navajo artist Edison Cummings made this tufa cast bracelet. He has designed the wide bracelet with what could be described as a carved sand design, stunning work. Set off the side the design is a beautiful piece of dark red Mediterranean Coral surrounded by 14k gold. magnificent cuff that combines excellent materials, spectacular artist & traditional techniques.
