One look at this ring and you understand it was made by an extremely talented silversmith. Derrick Gordon has been perfecting his silver craft ever since his uncle Delbert Gordon introduced it to him decades ago. The silver work on this ring works with the stone perfectly. It begins with a piece of Chinese Turquoise that highlights a heavy black spider web matrix against a deep blue color. Derrick begins by creating a shadowbox design that really brings out the rich colors of the stone. Then he begins the silver work that starts with a unique slinky style border that turns to this stamped and filed square wire border. All of the silver has been given a mirror polish and sits on a comfortable half-round wire split band.
