Navajo artist Hank Whitethorne lives in a very remote part of the Navajo Reservation. A place that holds onto the traditions of the Navajo People. It is only fitting that Hank's work is so different from anything else you see being made, a style not influenced by another's work, original art. This bolo is an incredible piece of art that has a huge eagle coming down on its prey. Hank has filled the flying eagle iwht coral, turquoise, petrified wood, jet and shell. You will find a mix of stones in the tips as well that brings all the pieces together. I can't imagine anything else like this in the world, a piece that will be the highlight of any authentic handmade Navajo wearable art collection.
