The Rio Grande Valley is full of Native American and New Mexico history. You will find a number of Pueblo Tribes along this valley and many of them host guests to see their different dances, feasts and ceremonies. One of the most recognizable is the Taos Pueblo with the stacked structures and ladders leading to the different levels. Navajo silversmith Kelsey Jimmie recreates the Pueblo in this beautifully tufa carved bolo. Right in front he places a Buffalo Dancer with bow and rattle. Kelsey finishes the magnificent piece with turquoise inlaid bolo tips and a heavy braided leather cord. You might really get into your new look after all the bolo tie is New Mexico's official tie.
