Navajo artist Aaron John makes a variety of pieces using this beautiful overlay style. We have been lucky enough to have had his butterfly and dragonfly pieces. Plus, he makes these really neat Navajo storytellers that show traditional life on the Navajo Nation. This detailed piece shows a hogan, sheepherder, and a sheep across the the long earring.
