Navajo artist Aaron John makes a variety of pieces using this beautiful overlay style. We have been lucky enough to have had his butterfly and dragonfly pieces. Plus, he makes some really neat Navajo storytellers that show traditional life on the Navajo Nation. It doesn't take long when visiting the Four Corners before you come across a big flock of sheep. These beautiful fluffy creatures are a constant against the high desert backdrop. Aaron fills the three rows of sheep with colorful shells, black onyx and turquoise stones.
