Calvin Martinez, Bracelet, Persian Turquoise, Three Row, Navajo Handmade, 6 7/8"

Calvin Martinez, Bracelet, Persian Turquoise, Three Row, Navajo Handmade, 6 7/8"
Navajo silversmith Calvin Martinez made this stunning revival style bracelet. He begins with three rows of Persian Turquoise that comes from the old Tube Turpen collection of rocks. You will find the fourteen rocks filled with shades of blue and dark matrix. Calvin uses a heavy four-wire setting to display the gorgeous rocks. The two outside triangle wires have been filled with traditional Navajo stamp work, while the two middle wires are pieces of twisted square wire. Around the cluster you will find antique looking wire work and large stamped silver drops. This bracelet was inspired by the recent book about Navajo silversmith Fred Peshlakai. Calvin took a few of his favorite looks from the book and recreated them. Make sure you check out the other inspired cuff, while it is on the online Trading Post.
