Devin Quam, Squash Blossom Necklace, Kingman Turquoise, Zuni Handmade, 22"

Devin Quam, Squash Blossom Necklace, Kingman Turquoise, Zuni Handmade, 22"
We are very fortunate to see someone from the Pueblo of Zuni to carry on this style of jewelry. The Dishta style is collected by Native American art enthusiasts from around the world, beginning with Frank Dishta, next Virgil and then Vincent. Now, it is made by the young and talented Devin Quam. This squash blossom is done in that signature inlaid snake eye style. Devin uses pieces of Kingman Turquoise, a cluster of small circles of inlay. You will find 12 blossoms on the necklace that finish with a magnificent cluster naja. Perfectly matched earrings, blossoms and all, compliment the necklace and finish the collectible set.
