Every state has a tourism and travel department that promotes itself with. New Mexico has a great one that shows you all of the state's attributes. However, Indian Country isn't really defined by the state lines of New Mexico. You find the Navajo Reservation in three states, plus several other tribes that border up to the Four Corners area. That means you get lots of different cultures in a small area, which is pretty cool. Artists in this region are influenced not only by their own culture, but those around them as well.
