Navajo artist Herman Smith has been making silver and stone for decades. You will find stamps at his work bench that he has used since he first learned this craft. His work is always traditional and made from heavy silver. This ring is one of those classics, a big beautiful turquoise stone surrounded by just the right amount of silver design. A piece of Nevada’s Easter Blue Turquoise decorates the ring. The big oval cut has this wonderful combination of light and dark blues. Twisted wire and silver beads surround the stone and lead you to the comfortable stamped ring band. Herman uses a brushed finished look on the silver to give it the rustic Southwest look.
