The Hopi Pueblos rise above the Colorado plateau high desert floor. You can see San Francisco peak from the high pueblos, a landscape that goes from a wide-open brown to a dense green. This land is filled with wildlife that feeds the Hopi. You will find the wild elk and bear in tune with the Hopi tracker. Hopi artist Berra Tawahongya made this beautiful overlay bracelet and filled it with two magnificent bears and lots of Hopi symbolism. You will find the large bear filled with the Kokopelli playing his flute over the crops. He uses the traditional overlay Hopi technique that brings the detail out magnificently. We have a collection of Berra's work online.
