This is a big silver and stone pendant. Navajo silversmith Richard Yazza creates the piece by using sandcasting techniques. He carves an original design from something like tufa stone and then makes a cement cast so he is able to recreate the same size naja design again. After he cast the piece he fills it with his stamping designs. This stunning pendant displays a combination of traditional deep stamp designs along with deep colored stones The two cuts of spiny oyster shell reveal a rich color of purple that looks right at home in the Navajo silver. Finished with a rustic brushed finish this is sure to become one of your favorites.
